All products and subscriptions are priced in USD and sold for personal use only. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Cancel anytime by emailing [info@hellocoochy.com.  See our Subscriptions page for detailed info. 

We may offer promotions, free trials, or discounted pricing. Promotional terms apply as stated in each specific offer and are not guaranteed to continue.  

5. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS 

We do not offer refunds. If a product arrives damaged, contact info@hellocoochy.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement. 

10. SMS TERMS 

By opting into SMS messages, you agree to receive texts from COOCHY about orders, offers, or updates. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. 

11. DISCLAIMERS 

All products and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees they will meet your expectations or be error-free. You agree to use our services at your own risk. 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTFN, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages exceeding \$100 or the amount of your last purchase, whichever is greater. 

13. INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WTFN, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law. 

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

All disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in San Diego, California. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action. This section survives termination of your account or these Terms. 

15. SEVERABILITY 

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
